Why working remotely from my staff sucks! It’s unproductive and I personally hate it. Sure, some tasks can easily be outsourced such as accounting, web design and a thousand other gigs, but the really important duties such as Sales staff must be in-house so they can be properly managed and motivated! And in many cases, fired! Long before it’s too late! The head of customer support should also be based in the HQ. They can easily outsource the work to remote workers. I also touch on some of the weird countries I’m now looking at to set up a new sales and marketing HQ
