Today's episode features Razan Talebian (CEO, Founder) and Lamia Tabassum (Co-founder, COO) of InPower. Razan and Lamia have started a social platform built on providing users a safer space online devoid of bullying and toxic behavior, and one where understanding and empathy are encouraged.

Lamia is her co-worker and co-founder of InPower, but their workplace relationship is also one of trust, understanding, and empathy; however, this was not an over-night revelation!
