One of the biggest pieces of marketing advice we’re given is to put considerable effort towards writing really good content - that the more well-written an email, sales page or website is, the better it is at connecting with people. The truth is, filling pages with content just to tick a box isn’t just exhausting, it can also work against us. What matters more than the content is the message and its ability to tap into people’s hearts and souls.
