Today's #IPSERIES is a #tbt edition featuring the case my friend @gingerPOP_ sent to me about a potential IP theft where Jane Michael Ekannem's kimono which she gifted to Laolu was worn by Serena William for the Essence 2019 September issue & and she was neither paid nor acknowledged.

I delve into this case by taking into consideration whether it is right to reproduce and sell clothing that was gifted to you by a fashion designer or let's say a creative or innovator.
