Blessing Component 2:...thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies;
This second blessing of praise entails the victory of praise over its enemy. This means that praise is blessed to always have victory over his enemy. This victory is not just a mere win in a contest but it is getting the enemy unconscious which leads to the utter killing and annihilation of His enemy. Hence, praise does not give his enemy a second chance at life to fight again.
