One thing that I cannot stand is people making excuses for not doing things that you should be doing. Everyone wants to find some reason or loophole as to why they are special and do not have to abide by the same rules as everyone else. I constantly hear this sentiment that budgeting isn’t important, and that could not be more false. Planning your financial life out and then tracking your progress is vital to being financially free over the long-term, regardless of who you are or where you are starting financially.
