Just like we can form an addiction to things outside of ourselves, we can also form an addiction to our pain. We can form an addiction to our sorrow, fears, and worry.
Sometimes you may meet people, and every time that there is some type of negativity going on, they are always there. There are some people that are caught in the cycle of one negative relationship after another. Most of these people know that the negativity and the toxic relationships that they find themselves in may be bad for them, but biologically, their bodies may be addicted to the pain that these relationships bring them.
This episode explores how we can be addicted to our pain, and the steps that you can take to overcome them if you realize that you may be addicted to your pain.
