If you have high-functioning anxiety, over-thinking, over-worrying and over-responsibility are probably going to be familiar to you. They make us think about made-up scenarios in negative ways, which have a reaction in the body and cause panic and overwhelm and make us behave in ways that we wouldn't have otherwise. It's so important to get to the root of your generalisations, and so in today's episode I'm sharing a bit about a recent client I had who I helped stop the excessive worry and over-thinking. She's given me permission to share a little about how these traits affected her and what overcoming it has allowed her to feel instead.
