Listen Later

Unusual times call for unusual amounts of self care - the holidays can be tough in a normal year, but in 2020, there’s extra uncertainty and grief piled on top, so we need self care (actual, replenishing self care, not just clichés or "shoulds") more than ever. I describe some of the conditions that might be making this season more stressful, along with some easy ways to support yourself through it!

Tues. 11/24 at 10am PST

(If you catch this too late, the replay will be available to buy for a few more weeks!)

You may not be able to control what happens in the news, COVID rates, or other external circumstances that might cause stress, but what you can control is your ability to count on yourself during these times.

Join me to learn my favorite tips for replenishing your energy throughout this unusual holiday season, and you'll leave with a personal menu of self care practices to support yourself in times of depletion and celebration!
