In today's episode James talks about the struggle and why it's not an option. Inspired by Daniel Coyle's book, The Talent Code, James will be sharing bits from the book in future episodes to highlight why many do not want to struggle and so they choose to stay in their comfort zone. The struggle exists to change us and our lives and we struggle because it is often the path to the destination of what we want. We might also want to become fulfilled by the chasing of a challenge, the attainment of knowledge and so on. In this show James will explain why, if you find yourself in the middle of a struggle, with seemingly no end in sight, you're actually in a good place. The hard work in the middle of any difficult challenge is more important than the ending. You are growing as a person and learning what you are capable of in the midst of the 'struggle'
