One of the biggest misunderstandings we hear entrepreneurs and leaders say is that their goal is to obtain a good work life balance. This may sound good in theory until you are 20 years into your career still chasing that work life balance. As entrepreneurs we should not want a balance. We believe that there should be a time in your career where you work more than you have fun, and there should be a time where you have more fun than you work. We want to teach our fellow entrepreneurs how to create a work life harmony, not balance.
