Why You Put Yourself Last

In today's episode, I talk about why, we as women, tend to put ourselves last and what we can commit to everyday to start putting ourselves first. When we are in the habit of putting ourselves last, we aren't going to be doing the things we need to do in order to change our relationship with food or our bodies. When we have goals in our lives, like to eat better or be more positive, this is where we need our awareness. Today, is the day to become aware. I hope you enjoy!
