I came across a video that talked about how comfort kills and ever since then I haven't stopped thinking about my own comfort. These past couple of weeks I've been mentally dealing with a lot, but I have no explanation as to why... but what I do know is that it is uncomfortable...and I need that. Sometimes we all need a little of discomfort in our lives to help us grow. That's what being a 2 Percenter is. 2% of all people choose to take the stairs when an elevator is right next to them. 2% of all people choose to slightly discomfort themselves on a day-to-day basis. But what does that do? It helps them grow from experience. Take a listen and let me know what you think. Are you in the 98% or the 2%?
