The third topic in my “Why you should care about…” series (and honestly my favorite) is… Chatbots! Chatbots are one of my absolute favorite marketing tools, but they are severely under-used by the majority of people. They are still “new” and not a lot of people have jumped on board. But… the open rates in chatbots are HIGH!
