The Oahu single family home market went up about 25% and condos went up about 15% in just 1 year. Do you think the Oahu real estate market will go down by that much in 1 year? Investors and those playing with cash might want to time the market a little, but for those getting a mortgage and buying a home for themselves to live in should not time the market. Earliest is always the best. It is much more important to find a motivated seller than it is to try and time the market!
