In this episode, I explore happiness in relation to progress in areas such as business, health, and relationships. I challenge common beliefs and challenge both controversial thinkers like Jordan Peterson and Andrew Tate as well as philosophers like Buddha or Niche.
Using actionable steps, I reveal my findings on the different levels of happiness. I was inspired to make this video after stumbling upon a thought-provoking Nietzschean philosophy on happiness.
Additionally, I will discuss three levels of enlightenment on happiness: seeking happiness through self-development, realizing that happiness involves pain and delayed gratification, and understanding that happiness is the way, not the end goal.
And I illustrate how Buddha's concept can be applied to different areas of life.
