Hello friends! In this episode we discuss how people’s programming from the media influences their ideals of beauty, as well as my own experience having ‘fit’ into that ideal (being thin) and being somewhat praised for it (when I shouldn’t be, since I literally am just skinny because of genetics). Don’t enforce beauty standards and realize that the best way to be beautiful is to be yourself!!
