How you frame your journey matters. I know how exhausting a health journey can be. I know how hard it is to keep showing up for yourself when things aren't going well, or you're overwhelmed with what to do, how to start, or when progress isn't happening "fast enough".
I started my journey over 7 years ago because I wanted to lose weight. But, fat loss IS NOT what has motivated to keep training & paying attention to my nutrition for the past 6 years. And the truth is, if my goals hadn’t changed, I’d have given up long ago.
But, whether or not you want to lose weight, I think coming from a place of wanting to be healthier, stronger, and more confident is always going to get you further than spending all your time trying to just eat less and shrink yourself at any cost.
