Last Christmas, my family and I wrote a list of New Year’s resolutions and put them in our stockings. The idea was to keep those lists in our stockings until the next Christmas, and then sit down together and go through what we achieved and what we didn’t.
And I’m happy to announce that we've achieved most of our goals, from my husband publishing his newest book to our three-year-old son finally accepting that wearing underwear is a way of life he should pursue.
However, this got me wondering. Why do some of us never achieve these New Year resolutions? How can we change that? And what steps should we take to reach our goals?
I answer all these questions in this week’s episode of Patients On Demand, so make sure to tune in and have a listen to learn everything you need to know about why you’re not achieving your New Year resolutions and what you can do about it!
