If there isn't enough time make the time.

It's not enough to just say "I'm just so busy" because over time you become a willing participant in the delay of your destination and make a choice to exist instead of excel.

You must realize that at certain times in your life, you must choose and agree to sacrifice.

This means sacrificing your time, energy, people and money.

However, you'll start to realize that sacrifice breeds clarity, which allows you to become your own problem solver instead of just a problem complainer.

This will allow you to save yourself in order to adequately save other people at a much greater level.
