When it comes to creating health and fitness goals too often we just say, “I need to get in shape” or “I need to lose some weight” but we don’t really identify in how good of shape or how much weight we need to lose. By applying the SMART goal criteria to our health and fitness goals we can give ourselves a tangible goal to hit and when we do this we will be more likely to see our goals accomplished.
