Your words are so important! Throughout the scriptures it is clear that God placed a high premium on words. In the Bible we see the power of words; God created the earth with words, and Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead with words. In James 3, our tongues are likened to a rudder, steering the course of our lives, this can be for blessing or destruction. Our words are like seeds, and we want to sow words consistent with the Lord's ways, and reap a harvest of righteousness in our lives!
