There is a difference between the good life and the better life. The better life is about becoming a different person—a person who is living God’s purpose by knowing Him, loving Him, and doing life His way. Psalm 57 is a prayer of David when everything in his life was wrong. David knew that something bigger was going on in his pain, and he wanted God to glorify His name in all that David suffered. The ultimate purpose of life is not about you!
