Matthew Flores is an author, speaker, trainer, entrepreneur, self-development and business coach. Currently the Co – Founder of CiTY LiVN a Real Estate and Marketing Company and Geronimo International. Matthew specializes in selling and negotiation training.
Matthew Flores has been in the selling world since the age of 19 when he began selling products and services to the public. Working in the beverage industry for 12 years and selling products for the top 3 Beverage Companies in the World, Budweiser, Red Bull, and Coca-Cola.
In 2010 Matthew was selected out of 30,000 employees to present the top 50 investors of Coca-Cola the Houston selling experience within the Hispanic Community. Specifically, the “La Michoacana” Franchise accounts.
In 2011 Matthew ended his career in the beverage industry as a high performing Red Bull Grocery District Sales Manager. Leading teams of up to 15 at times with sales volume of over $20 Million. As a top producer Matthew was once crowned the “Role Play King” for his skills in selling Role Playing.
Matthew decided to become a full-time entrepreneur and begin a career as a Real Estate Professional in 2013. Her is Co-Founder of CiTY LiVN an 11 person Real Estate and Marketing Company. In 2016 his team listed over 22 Million in inventory.
During his career, Matthew has had several small business ventures, from Multi-level marketing companies, Import/Export, and other opportunities. Throughout this Matthew has become a Sells and Self Development junkie, attended 100’s of conferences, having over 1000
selling situations. Matthew is MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) and successfully read the 100 books listed for the RENI (Real Estate Negotiation Institute).He is a First Year Real Estate Agent Educator. “Helping newer agents improver their inner sells, so they can
increase their outer sells.” He is a published Author of the book “How to Read 100 Books in a Year” and "I am so Tired of Quotes." Matthew recently completed Dr. Eric Thomas's Game Changer Speaking program and became a Certified Game Changer Professional Speaker.
Matthew is married to Leona and a proud father of three children Alexi, Matthew Jr, and Adriel.
