Paradigm and world view are two of the most important factors when it comes to breaking down how each of us actually operates and performs on a day to day basis. The truth is, many of us aren't even AWARE of it. That's drastic and it can very well be deadly especially when you begin to break down in the middle of life unaware of why you're overreacting.
