We talk to the iconic director about his upcoming release of Return to Return to Nuke 'Em High Aka Vol. 2. along with his appearance in Death House, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and what's on the horizon for Troma Entertainment and their films.
Along with directing, Lloyd Kaufman is an actor, screenwriter, producer and co-founder of Troma Entertainment Film Studio along with Michael Herz.
Troma Movies are the essence of Indie film making. Most independent artists today can say their love of the indie horror genre started with Troma movies such as the Toxic Avenger, PoultryGeist, Class of Nukem High, Tromeo & Juliet and Terror Firmer.
Lloyd is also in the upcoming movie Death House by Harrison Smith and starring Cortney Palm, Kane Hodder & Tony Todd among many others. Lloyd can be seen in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 along with supporting many other indie film makers by appearing in their movies. Lloyd has an appearance in 28 upcoming indie horror movies via IMDB.
Return to Nuke 'Em High: Volume 2 is the continuation of Lloyd Kaufman's inspired two-part indie event film. Lauren and Chrissy, two lesbian lovers, must face and defeat the most corrupt and evil forces ever to descend upon Tromaville... and the world!
