En septiembre de este año cumplió 50 años un álbum que fácilmente estaría en nuestra lista de los 50 mejores discos de todos los tiempos, el No Other de Gene Clark. Teníamos pendiente hacer programa alrededor del mismo, pero finalmente hemos ido algo más allá y nos atrevemos a repasar, en un programa doble, la trayectoria completa de uno de los grandes singers-songwriters del pasado siglo XX. Su fortuna inicial con los seminales The Byrds de alguna manera le dió la espalda para siempre, no siendo reconocido en vida por trabajos absolutamente alucinantes.

En esta primera parte hablamos y pinchamos unas cuantas de los Byrds, del primer disco en solitario de Clark y un buen puñado del fantástico viaje que se marcó con Doug Dillard.
