I became a widow at the age of 40.&nbsp; My husband passed away from cardiac arrest in the front yard at the age of 41.&nbsp; At the time, our girls were 8 and 11.&nbsp; He passed away in September 2020. &nbsp; Join me as I walk you through my experience as a widow and learning to find the new Emily.&nbsp;
