Would It Fly: A federal DNA database, recording the profiles of every U.S. citizen?

This week we take off towards an evolutionary step in an already present idea.  Millions of U.S. citizens, primarily criminal offenders, currently have DNA profiles within a federal database.  However, we're talking about taking this further an encompassing, every citizen.

I apologize for the quality of this episode, as it wasn’t brought to my attention, until after we landed, that my co-pilot had failed to fully pressurize the cabin, and allowed some heavy air-flow causing some interference in the sound quality. Maybe recording from an open cockpit rather than an actual sound studio, wasn’t the best choice for a audio-based media.
