As they say it's darkest before the dawn and dawn is upon us. I make my way from Portland to Bend where tragedy strikes once again but the power of people saves me. The next day is the first No Kings march and I'm genuinely concerned whether or not the country will still be standing by the time I get to Boise. Guess we'll have to find out.
