They say touch grass to calm your nerves but what about isolating yourself in the wilderness of Idaho with no cellphone service in Bear Country? That works too. After dropping Adam Mamawala off at the airport, I make my way to Missoula then Clark Fork and Sandpoint, Idaho to have a little fun and in no way do anything healthy. But as always, it's a learning experience. And if you met your wife on Bumble, congrats, you're the one.
