1990 was an importqnt year for David Lynch. He began his successful TV series, "Twin Peaks," and won the top prize at the Cannes film festival for "Wild at Heart." This week, we cover the production and release of "Wild at Heart." We discuss the moves Lynch was doing at the time, and how those eventually paid off into his winning the Palme D'Or.
