Gamey Jaimie has been out and about meeting Paul and Helen who make Loader's traditional farmhouse cider in a sustainable and non chemical way. It's craft cider at it its best and rather strong too as Jaimie demonstrates ably on the podcast. He also visited Chris from the Exmoor Ham Company who cooks his ham with nettles.
