League of Wildness,

The summer solstice is the longest day of the year and the best opportunity to be wild - outside. This ancient tradition of the League of Wildness has been revived for the benefit of all. It's about building a HABIT of daily wildness and expanding your imagination for what is possible. Start to get your mind right.

The details:

  • The Wild Day Challenge will run from June 1st-June 21st, 2022.
  • The weekend of June 17th-June 19th are the 'Misogi Days' - several challenges of exceptional wildness.
  • On June 21st, we will conclude with one final Challenge to reveal previously unknown levels of wildness.
  • The Challenge is FREE! 


    • What is the actual Challenge?

    • For 21 Days, you will commit to working out - outside.
  • Each week will have a "Weekly Challenge" in addition to your outdoor workout commitment.
  • The Misogi Days and final Wild Day Challenge details will be released when the time is right.
