Wild Game Culinary - Eating Iceland

Listen Later

Maybe not the fermented shark or sheep’s head, but many of Iceland’s well-known dishes can be recreated with North American fish and wild game. Icelanders also eat their fare share of horse, whale and Atlantic puffins in some areas, so there is much opportunity for adventurous food enthusiasts.
