  • Build a Home Apothecary

This episode is all about how to build a home apothecary. There’s been a lot of interest in this topic and I can understand why.

An increasing number of people are ready to become more self-sufficient, and one way to do this is by keeping natural remedies in our homes for personal use. We will discuss advantages and disadvantages, things to consider, storage, shelf life, and many tips and tricks.

*Note: Today's Content is not about how to make herbal medicine.

  • Emerging from the Abyss

This episode isn’t necessarily geared towards herbalism, but it is the part of my story that brought me to herbalism and opened my eyes to the healing powers of nature.

I discuss workplace burnout and how I escaped from the abyss that was pulling me down. I was in a dark place for a time, and I hope this information will help others who may be in similar situations.
