Come and join me for some reflection on the WILDFIT program that I have been following for the last 7 weeks. It's been an educational journey and I am going to specifically talk about emotional eating: why we do it, how we learned it, and how to recognize when you are doing it too. This is such an important episode if you have a desire to be healthy, to lose any weight, or if you are just interested in the differences in how our ancestors ate vs. how we learn how to eat today.
