In today's episode I am talking about the power struggle that occurs for your time between the things in your life you want to release versus what you want to create and how you can step into a feeling of ease instead.
Recently I have had big realisations about an old story I have been carrying that there is struggle attached to my desires as well as I must fight and work as hard as possible to create them.
Releasing this story isn't always easy especially when we feel like other things in our life will take over if we soften and surrender.
In this episode I cover:
- The three parts of our life we can be in at any moment; release, present and creation
- How what we are releasing can compete for our time with what we are creating and cause an inner conflict for you
- Separating the power struggle between the two so you stop feeling exhausted
- How to tell if you are giving the same energy to what you're releasing and creating and what that will cause you to feel
- The question I ask myself to gain clarity on whether what I desire is right for me

Today I am sharing about my experience with friendship and how other women are currently feeling navigating close connections with each other.
The more I do my work of holding circles the more I have realised what we are all looking for.. each other
As I sat in circle with phenomenal women on Sunday I listened to them speak of feeling alone and longing for deeper, more intimate friendship and connection with other women.
We are wanting to talk about spirituality, healing, our inner witch magic, our ability to see things, feel things. Everything that makes us potently powerfully women. We are so here for these conversations and looking for them.
We are looking for each other. To feel heard, understood, seen, loved and supported by the divine feminine is incredibly powerful. That is our gift to the world and to each other. It is transformative and healing.

In this episode I am sharing four things that have helped me separate my soul's voice from the perceptions of others' and unlearn old beliefs.
It is your perception of yourself that matters. Not how others' perceive you. Their perception does not equal your truth. Only you, your soul and the Universe are certain of what's true for you.
The way others see you is a reflection of them, their experiences, their triggers, understandings and the journey they are on.
It does not make it YOUR truth.
When you're told you're wrong about something, stupid, emotional, making a bad decision, not good at certain things, won't achieve what you want.. do you believe it?
It's time to be so self aware that you can separate your view of yourself from the view others have of you. Nothing anyone says about you is your truth unless you decide it is.
It's time to reclaim your inner power and channel your truth babe through learning how to hear your soul's voice

I'm sharing with you how not to get caught in the story that you're meant for one thing, that it's what you first chose and became good at because you might miss out on the thing that truly lights you up and you're passionate about in the process!
