IL State Representative Marty Moylan joins John Howell. Rep. Moylan, from Des Plaines, has a proposal to help get the Chicago delegation on board for the move to Arlington Park. The bill proposes a $3 surcharge on all entertainment tickets purchased there, and it will go towards the city and paying down the Bears’ debt to Soldier Field.
