As this podcast begins, it is only fitting we start with a show about Texas. The Lone Star State is home to HALF of the Top 10 fastest growing cities in the nation!  

Today we sit down with Will Balthrope, who has more than 25 years of Texas multifamily sales experience. He is currently the team lead for IPA Texas. This episode is the first of a 3 part series about Texas. Will will share an overview to the state and insight into the 4 largest markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and his hometown, San Antonio. 

Texas has a very well known business-friendly environment which draws in investors and industry alike, and each of these cities have their own unique characteristics. The Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston metro areas have populations of over 7 million people, while smaller San Antonio and Austin are competitive markets in their own rights.
