This week’s guest was drafted number 2 overall in the 1985 MLB draft, has been inducted into four different Hall of Fames, is a 6-time MLB All Star, and had his number retired by the San Francisco Giants. Will ‘The Thrill’ Clark led an incredible 15-year career in the MLB and today is passing down his knowledge as a Special Advisor and Hitting Instructor for the San Francisco Giants. Will and I sit down to talk about his success in the Major Leagues, the mentors he’s had on his journey, and how his leadership approach adapts depending on who he’s working with.
