A leaked document from the Supreme Court states that the Justices have voted to overturn Roe vs. Wade. The 1973 case, "was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction." Overturning the ruling gives the authority back to the states to set their own abortion laws but does not abolish abortion.
