With just over a week to go before the first GOP debate of the 2024 presidential campaign and still no word on whether former President Trump plans to attend.  But really: Does it even matter at this point?   With 3 indictments against him -- and possibly a 4th as of this writing -- the trend seems to be that criminal charges embolden Trump supporters, bringing his numbers up -- all while his opponents' numbers continue to fall.
