In this episode I am talking healing. I talk about the importance of a healing journey. How we all have suffered past hurts, pain, trauma sadness or loss in our lives whether it is from childhood or into our adult lives. We must embrace the pain, feel it and heal it to be able to successfully move forward on our journey.
