In Isaiah chapter 6, we see the prophet Isaiah having that which is familiar in his life being removed, thus allowing him to see the Lord properly. His seeing the Lord properly allows Isaiah to see himself properly; which then positions Isaiah to hear rightly! 

Isaiah hears the Lord ask a question that I believe if we are able to hear the Lord rightly today, we would hear Him ask: Whom shall we send, who will go for us?
