In church leadership, there’s a silent killer that often goes unnoticed: self-consciousness. A lot of people who could be awesome leaders get stuck because they're always worried about messing up.
But here's the kicker: people aren’t sitting there hoping you'll fail. People actually want you to do something amazing. They want you to step up and lead!
If we can stop being timid and concerned about what we might look like or what people might think about us and just step out and do the work of God without constraint, we might be amazed at what we accomplish.
