The session opens with forward folds and gentle spinal work before moving into tabletop mobility, plank holds, and smooth push-back flows that engage the core and shoulders.

You’ll cycle through chair twists, low lunges, side-opening stretches, and controlled vinyasa transitions that warm the legs, hips, and spine. The flow finishes standing with chest openers and grounding breath to reset the body.
