The Willard City Council voted unanimously at their March 27 meeting to annex Bay View Estates, a future 16-acre subdivision located near 8190 S. U.S. Highway 89. Councilmember Mike Braegger, who introduced the motion to approve the annexation, described the area during the meeting as being “true north of the stake center on the side of the road.” The annexation follows prior approval by the Box Elder County Commission.
