Willard approves new fee schedule, approves creation of digital, searchable city codes

The Willard City Council approved updates to the city’s business fee schedules during its Feb. 13 meeting, adjusting business license costs except for trailer courts, RV parks, beer licenses and door-to-door solicitors. Willard City Manager Jeremy Kimpton explained that one of the key changes was shifting to a simplified, one-time fee structure for business licenses. The updated schedule establishes a base business license fee of for most businesses, including home occupations, food sales, storage units, and automotive repair shops.
