The Willard City Council voted unanimously Thursday to appoint Diana Mund as interim city recorder, effective immediately. The appointment authorizes Mund to carry out statutory duties of the recorder’s office, including signing city documents. Mund has worked in the city office since August 2024 and has been handling recorder-related responsibilities as part of her administrative and clerical work.
